This may be a starting week for some of you out there..Usually happens on a Monday! Include these tips into your daily routine to support the healthier happier you! 🙂
– Get more sleep. Go to bed by 10pm every night and aim for at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
– Get up and move during your day. If you work at a desk all day make an effort to get up and walk to the water cooler, bathroom, or coffee pot numerous times a day. Try standing when you are talking on the phone and go outside and take a walk for your lunch break.
– Always eat a protein for breakfast. Starting your day with a breakfast that is high in lean protein will help to break the fast from sleeping all night and continue to burn fat throughout the day.
– Include stress reducing/cortisol lowering activities into your day to balance out your high intensity workouts.
