There are a few benefits to having Ezekiel as opposed to whole wheat bread.
1. Ezekiel bread has no sugars as opposed to it’s whole wheat or white bread counterpart. As we all know, it’s the bad fats and sugar that makes us gain bodyfat.
2. Ezekiel bread is a “sprouted grain”. When a grain is sprouted, it is more tolerable for many people. Your body can digest it better and many of our in home clientele show that they have less gas due to the bread. Sprouting it also makes the bread higher in vitamins and breaks down complex sugars in the bread.
To most, this bread tastes the same. Try and stay away from the version with raisins in it due to the sugars found in those raisins.
