Cut vacuum sealing off of meal container and throw away. Remove contents not needing microwaving from package. Things like burger accessories and side condiments in the little black cups do not need heating.
RECOMMENDATION 1 – Defrost meals in fridge
Upon receipt, put 3-6 meals into your fridge and the rest in the freezer. If you eat 2 meals your first day, replace 2 from freezer to fridge that night. If you eat 3, replace 3. And so on. Microwave for 90 sec (some microwaves require more).
RECOMMENDATION 2 – From Freezer to Microwave
Upon receipt, put all meals into your freezer. Microwave anywhere from 2min to 2min & 30sec (some microwaves require more).
